This accessibility statement applies to the website tynewydddentalcare.co.uk.
This website is run by Ty Newydd Dental Care (the trading name of Jones & Jenkins Dental Surgery). We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.
Visiting the practice
We want every patient to feel welcome and well looked after, and we're happy to make arrangements in advance — just let us know about any access needs when you book so we can plan your visit with you.
Getting into the practice
Our entrance has steps, and step-free access into the building is currently limited. We have a ground-floor surgery, and patients who find stairs difficult can usually be seen there — please let our reception team know when you book so we can arrange this for you.
If you use a wheelchair
Because of the steps at our entrance, our premises are not fully wheelchair accessible at present. If you use a wheelchair, please get in touch before your visit and we will work with you to arrange suitable access or, where that is not possible, to help you find an alternative so that you can still receive care.

How accessible this website is
